Nature of Services Provided
We are happy to have you participate in Heather Mullins Counseling LLC Therapist Retreat.
Heather Mullins Counseling LLC is excited to provide this retreat for therapists. If there are CEs being provided at the retreat it is the responsibility of the participant to verify that the CEs being provided are appropriate for their individual licensure and to confirm acceptance with their respective licensing board.
This therapist retreat includes a 2-night, all-inclusive experience, which consists of:
Accommodations
All meals (breakfast and dinner) and non-alcoholic beverages
Wellness Activities
While Heather Mullins Counseling LLC is a licensed mental health practice, participation in this retreat does not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or healthcare services of any kind. This retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any physical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services. Should a participant experience a mental, emotional, or physical condition requiring care, appropriate referral resources can be provided upon request.
Professional Privacy
We strive to respect participant privacy at all times. However, legal rules of healthcare confidentiality do not apply. Participation in this retreat does not establish a clinician-client relationship, and rules of privilege do not apply.
Financial Requirements
Deposit & Payment Plans
A $300 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. If needed monthly payment plans are available and will be discussed via email.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event.
Retreat Pricing (All-Inclusive | USD)
All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD).
Attendee Pricing
Shared Room Attendee Standard Room: $1500 USD per person
Private/Single Room Standard Room: $1800 USD per person
Cancellation Policy
The $300 USD deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Eligibility Requirement
Refunds described below are only applicable if the participant’s retreat balance has been paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Participants who are on a monthly payment plan are not eligible for refunds unless the remaining balance is paid in full prior to cancellation.
Refund Schedule (Paid-in-Full Only)
If the participant has paid the total retreat cost in full, refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are as follows:
50% refund of the total retreat cost if canceled 60 or more days prior to the retreat start date
25% refund of the total retreat cost if canceled 30–59 days prior to the retreat start date
No refund if canceled 29 days or less prior to the retreat start date
Payment Plan Cancellations
If a participant cancels while enrolled in a monthly payment plan, the participant understands and agrees that:
The percentage-based refund schedule does not apply, and
Any right to a refund is waived unless the participant first pays the remaining retreat balance in full, at which point refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation date.
Program Cancellation by Heather Mullins Counseling LLC
If Heather Mullins Counseling must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of amounts paid directly to Heather Mullins Counseling will be issued. Heather Mullins Counseling LLC is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other incidental travel-related expenses.
Remaining Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in full by April 8, 2026
Terms and Conditions
There are no known conflicts of interest for this training.
Heather Mullins Counseling LLC. is not responsible for financial agreements between participants and third-party vendors.
Grievances must be submitted in writing to Heather.mullins@heathermullinscounseling.com and will be addressed within 5–10 business days.
Audio and/or visual recording of trainings is prohibited.
Acceptance of Risk & Waiver of Liability
I voluntarily consent to my participation in the Therapist Retreat and understand that physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation and to disclose any relevant medical conditions.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heather Mullins Counseling LLC, its affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Exclusion of Participation
Participants may be excluded from retreat activities if behavior, concealed health issues, or disruptions endanger others. Removal does not entitle the participant to refunds.
Consent for Photography & Video
I authorize Heather Mullins Counseling LLC to make photographic and/or video recordings of my participation for marketing, advertising, and educational purposes. This consent may be revoked in writing at any time.
Travel Insurance
All staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are recommended obtain travel insurance and provide proof of coverage prior to attending the retreat.
Solicitation Policy
No solicitation or self-promotion is permitted during the retreat unless approved in advance by Heather Mullins Counseling LLC.
Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All retreat materials, content, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Heather Mullins Counseling LLC, redistribution, resale, or misuse of retreat materials or attendance is prohibited.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing my retreat registration, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms, conditions, financial obligations, cancellation policies, and participation requirements outlined above.
